House alarm was playing up, I was fearing it to be a large job as it was randomly going off anytime, day or night with no obvious reason. Got in touch with Rob, who was lovely & reassuring, booked it in for a much needed service, however the problem was still there. Got back in touch & they came out the next day to install their next option & hopefully now sorted. Such a genuine guy & trustworthy team, nothing to much trouble & everything explained upfront including costs, would highly recommend.

Helped me diagnose an electrical fault over the phone. Other electricians would have insisted on coming out and charging a callout fee. The issue in the end was easy to diagnose and turned out to be a faulty kettle. Thank you for resolving my issue and saving me a weekend callout charge! Happy customer 🙂
