Oven Blossom Domestic Oven Cleaning

Very disappointed. An appointment was made for Easter Monday, I queried the date at the time of booking but was assured they would attend. However I was let down. I received no acknowledgement of my phone call when I checked if they were going to attend, 30mins after the appointed time.

Today this company failed to turn up to a cleaning that was booked weeks ago - we'd made plans around being at home for it. No response to calls and WhatsApp remains unread. Update: I received a call with an explanation a couple of hours after the booked appointment.

Brilliant service - cleaned our extractor fan, hob and oven which are now looking spotless! Easy payment by card too which is great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the best oven clean I’ve ever had! Andrew was professional, thorough, and even replaced our lightbulbs at no extra cost. He works tidily and left everything spotless afterwards. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-quality oven clean.

Absolutely brilliant service provided by Andrew - I’ve never seen my oven so sparkling! He was very responsive and helpful when booking in the clean and then efficient in doing the job. Thanks so much!
