Orchard Home Cleaning Northampton

Lovely team Eleanor and Romona did a fantastic job of giving our ground floor a deep clean. We were so impressed with the clean and our house smelt beautiful too! Very efficient and would highly recommend.

Eleanor and Ramona gave my house a spring clean, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They clearly take pride in their work as it was done to the very highest standard. I was a little worried about the cost, but it was absolutely worth every penny, especially as my dust allergy son had a sneeze free trip home. Thank you 😊

!!!!!ZERO!!!! My Partner paid for a Deep clean for my birthday. After booking it and paying a deposit. two cleaners came very friendly and chatty but did a shockingly awful job, 10 hours of work but nothing to show for it. payment had to be taken before they left so my partner paid and I inspected the house when I came home from work to find it no cleaner. He messaged Ann but the replies seemed very snappy and down right obnoxious. she has a horrible attitude problem which is shown even through the emails. she firstly offered our booking fee of £59 back which was an insult. She then offered 4 hours of work to be done "free of charge"... Another slimy reply considering we were probably owed 8 hours. She ignored our request of a higher refund because we wanted to go elsewhere so We agreed on the new cleaners at 1pm but the supervisor turned up at 12.30 whilst I was in the shower due to Ann and John's poor lack of communication not letting us know until 5 minutes before she arrived. The cleaning supervisor agreed the work was poor and asked us if they were in a rush and seemed unimpressed with the work. the new cleaners I can't fault them they turned up and worked hard non stop and when we walked in the room smelt clean and fresh. unfortunately due to the poor customer service I would advise people avoid them in case they have any problems good luck Geoff them resolved without feeling like you've been robbed. You might have our hard earned money but my goodness I've never come across such passive aggressive messages from a "professional business" DO BETTER! 0/10

Orchard cleaning took over an urgent deep clean on our 3 bedroom house after our regular cleaners let us down. They were polite, professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend their service.

Everyone should have an Andreea in their home We all lead such busy lives and are under sometimes difficult situations but to have Andreea relieves the pressure To have someone who is hard working reliable honest and very kind and understanding
