Optimo

The team were brilliant. I had just had a horrific car accident and cleaning was not possible and causing us distress. Christina and her team came to our assistance and in 5 hours performed the best deep clean i have ever experienced. Helpful professionals who care and provide a gold star service. Thank you so much Would highly recommend 🙏🤩🤩🙏 If Carlsberg did cleaning 🧹 🫧🧽🧹 Leesha & Rob Newport

Brilliant cleaning company. Very accommodating to needs, access requirements, idiots who forget to leave keys out (me) and of course they do a superb job of the actual cleans. Super responsive, took feedback and implemented changes straight away. Cannot recommend highly enough.

LDP Services recently had Carina and her team from Optimo take over our office cleaning services. After a well needed deep clean we now have a regular bi-weekly office clean, ensuring all workstations are ready to operate at capacity. The great thing the service is that all cleaning is done outside working hours. As a company we already have extended opening hours so having anti-social cleaning hours in early hours or weekend really helps our business. I have no problem in recommending Carina and Optimo for cleaning services.

Exceptional service from this cleaning company! Our short-term rental business relies heavily on cleanliness and presentation, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is remarkable, leaving our properties spotless and welcoming for our guests. Their professionalism and reliability make them an invaluable asset to our team. Five stars without hesitation! Also their maintenance arm of the business has been our go to. All round a five star service and a pleasure to work with. Jay Cardiff Stays

Optimo Cleaning have been our number one cleaning partner for our short-term let management company for over 3 years. They are without doubt the most reliable, hard working and outstanding cleaning team you could wish to have. Nothing is ever a problem, they are always happy to go the extra mile, they arrange maintenance, report issues, have incredible quality assurance processes and are consistently providing a 5* service. We're so lucky to be able to work with their team and quite literally couldn't do what we do without them!
