Jude is a pleasure to deal with in the sales team. He always goes above and beyond our expectations and he is an absolute asset to the team. Charlene in warehouse dispatch is always great to deal with when you need to collect stuff especially helpful when you place a last-minute order and you need things quite quickly. Overall brilliant company to deal with and would recommend to anyone Matt - Director MH Fire & Security

Outstanding service from Oprema, especially from my account manager, Matthew Havard. Matthew is consistently brilliant to work with. He’s always helpful, goes above and beyond, and genuinely makes my job easier. I supply my customers with CCTV and fire products at competitive prices, and that’s only possible because Matthew sorts me out every time with exactly what I need. Couldn’t do what I do without his support. Highly recommend Oprema and especially Matthew for anyone in the industry looking for reliable, top‑tier service.
