We had a meeting with Sukh and Sanj yesterday and we were thoroughly impressed with the range of service offerings and the experience in itself. Octavian's office in Bingham is a great example of a professional, soulful and well built architecture and it feels like the companies underlying principles, values and direction is built upon this solid foundation. Meeting Sukh and Sanj was fantastic, the synergy between them is great and we got a really solid grasp of the service offering and how it would feel working with them. We haven't gone ahead and secured services yet but the experience left us feeling very confident that we will. Keep up the great work gents, 10/10.

I found it deeply upsetting that security were present at my grandmother's funeral and wake. While I understand your company was hired by a client, I struggle to see how visible security was appropriate in this setting unless there was a genuine and immediate safety risk. I work in safeguarding, so I fully appreciate that security and risk management are sometimes necessary. However, they should always be proportionate, lawful and as discreet as possible. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Throughout the wake, the security staff were visibly pacing up and down the room rather than remaining unobtrusive. Their presence became a distraction and fundamentally changed the atmosphere of what should have been a peaceful opportunity for family and friends to grieve and celebrate a loved one's life. I am also concerned about your company's procedures. The wake was booked and organised by a family member, who neither requested nor authorised security to attend. We were therefore surprised to find your staff present. This raises an important question: on what authority were your staff attending a private event when the person who booked and organised it had not instructed you? If another family member was able to arrange security without the knowledge or consent of the person who hired the venue, I would have expected your company to verify that they had the authority to do so before accepting the booking. While I appreciate that your staff were carrying out the work they had been instructed to do, I believe companies also have a responsibility to consider whether accepting this type of booking is appropriate and, if they do, to ensure their presence is handled with the utmost discretion and sensitivity. Sadly, that was not our experience.
