Nu Clean Dry Cleaners Ltd

My suit came out with more creases than it went in with. I needed my suit pressed for a function and had someone drop it off on the 13th Jan for me. I collected it on Sat 18th for my function as they had also dry cleaned it, but when I got it home, they had pressed tramlines into my suit making it look awful. Photos attached show the front, back and bottom of my trousers. These weren't there before, but even if they were, they should have been pressed out. They also have a slightly passive aggressive attitude in store and they won't check your pockets either so they have lost a hankerchief that was in my Jacket pocket, that I had made bespoke to match my partners dress. I called them to ask about it which is when they told me they dont bother checking pockets, then my partner went to their store but they had lost it.

I had a very old infant Christening dress and shawls all hand made and they were leaned beautifully. I also had a sofa cushion cover cleaned and food stains were completely removed! Thank you and well done. Would recommend for specialist services.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I brought in my much loved trench coat for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up it was ruined. No phone call to give me a heads up (I had it dry cleaned because I was planning on bringing it on my upcoming holiday). I was just told to contact the manufacturer, but 1) I purchased this coat years before, and 2) I’ve had it dry cleaned numerous times without a single issue. There was no acknowledgment that this was a disappointing service for me as the customer. Instead, I was charged full price only to have to throw my favorite trench coat away. Will not be going back!

Ashley kindly cleaned 2 suits for the next day as they were needed for a funeral. He's a lovely chap and said some very kind words when I went to collect them. The suits were beautifully clean and fresh, no odour, and at a very good price. Will definitely use again if needs arise, always nice to support an independent. Thank you Ashley.
