We made the costly mistake of allowing this awful company and it's sub-contractors access to our newly decorated flat to install upvc windows in our absence. The boss of the sub-contractor Joe, assured us the work would be to the highest standard and kept thoroughly clean. When we arrived at the flat we discovered the workmanship was extremely poor with dents and scuffs to window cills, walls and new paintwork. Dirty fingerprints were left on walls and doors with the carpets, bedding and furniture being covered in bits of plaster and dust. empty food and drinks cartons and other rubbish left behind. To cap it all the fitters entered a locked bathroom with a screwdriver to gain entry to our bathroom- where they used our towels! This is criminal We reported this damage to Novus Property Solutions, who visited the property to view and photgraph the damage etc. Erik the Novus site manager, assured us an adequate compensatory package for all the damage would be issued...IT WASN'T. Novus Head Office re-nigged on the agreement! Warning do not let this company enter your properties.

My disabled auntie is having a bathroom adaptation through the council, the work was due to start in Sept '22. It started late, but we were assured it would be completed within 10-14 days. It is now Feb '23. It is still not finished. Workmen never show up, you can't talk to anyone who'll give you a straight answer on the phone, & the work is shoddy at best. We are waiting on corrections to be done so the work can be signed off, if I could tell them to do one & finish the work myself I would do! AVOID this company if you can, unfortunately they seem to carry several contracts with landlords and councils. Don't know how, as they never seem to do any job correctly!

The fat mug who drove a Ford Transit with a reg plate of DU66 CFO today (10th November) at around 7:30 am through Moston/Lightbowne Road, cut me off almost causing an accident and then instead of apologising started yelling slurs at me and my mom at the red light should have a serious conversation with his manager about his behaviour while driving a company van with company's logos plastered all over it. Not a great representation for the company I'd think. The irony of having a 'Thank you NHS' sticker on the back of the van and all this happening while my mom was sitting in the passenger seat in her nurse outfit, while driving her to her nursing job at the hospital also have not been missed! Absolute clown!

No clear lines of communication between office and labourers. People in charge lie to your face. You wait in all day and nobody turns up. Some of the workmen rush the job and their work reflects that. However the other tradesmen were spot on and knew what they were doing. 20 days without a cooker or washing machine.

Novus came to replace a window pane. After they left I noticed the glass pane they installed was half the thickness of my actual window frame!! Instead of going away and ordering correct size they packed out the gap with sticky black security tape. Extremely poor workmanship. Will be taking matters further. Have photos to prove.
