If I could leave NO STARS I would. A few months ago I had a problem with my front door. Novus arranged for a joiner to attend between 9.30am & 2.30pm. No text No call Nothing!!! After waiting until 2.27pm I went to put my PJ's on as I thought he wasn't coming then the knock on the door came. The joiner looked at the problem and I said why didn't he call or text to let me know he was coming and he Told me in an abrupt and disrespectful manner he doesn't do that!!!!! Not very happy about a guy about 6ftish scrolling his phone up and down showing me his messages. Next he accused me off having the front door Kicked In and I said the door has been like that since I moved in 5 years ago. He then said what he was going to do and I asked "Is this a make do and mend" repair which he replied "Yes!" So I told him I didn't want that and because I was getting so agitated and anxious after arguing about the whole thing I sent him away! I called the housing association and told them what happend so I could book another repair. Same times 9.30am & 2.30pm. Low and behold this joiners number appears on my phone. And guess what happened??? I had to phone the housing association at 1.20pm in tears so anxious and agitated to say I didn't want this guy attending so another appointment was made for the same times. AGAIN this joiners number appeared. I ended up texting my Housing Manager in tears Again and she arranged for a different joiner to attend. Thank you some much Alison!!! You were an absolute star as always! 🌟 I got the make do and mend fix!! Now I am getting a replacement boiler fitted and who's number appears?? The joiner who attended for my first front door appointment. My anxiety is through the roof!!!!!! Why send him??? I feel bullied and harassed by this company. Why couldn't you send a different joiner?????

Never answer the phone, not once! repairs are always terrible 12 years I’ve had to deal with novus and honestly not got one good thing to say about them avoid at all costs!

Terrible just terrible if you could dont use novus for repairs
