Northumberland Window Cleaner

Fab service and great communication. We like that Paul sends us a message the day before to let us know he is due to come. We saw Paul’s van in our culde-sac just as we moved in and asked if he could do ours and of course it wasn’t a problem and our windows were cleaned the next day! Thank you for your continued work 😊

A superb professional. Paul's standard of work is ALWAYS fab & on time, but what i want to comment on is I love the respect & care he gives to our property. Our garden is our pride and joy with 100s of hours invested, with dozens of flowers & plants Paul will always work with a careful eye not to damage or disturb anything as he works. Even when we have not been in our cameras have shown him working with great care & attention (sorry we shouldn't snoop! ) He always locks and secures gate when leaving. Happy to pay that little more more in £ price for this reassurance & top job, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for . Thanks Paul

Amazing service! I had queried on the Saturday and got a response straight away, with helpful and clear details of what will happen, how to set up payment, and what he uses. I received a courtesy text on the Sunday evening to remind me, and then by 10am he showed up. I was quite embarrassed as we haven’t had a window cleaner for a while because we kept being messed around so the widows and doors were gross, but Paul was very professional and even sent a message later in the day to explain he cleaned with a special chemical but I wouldn’t be charged extra for it even though it was a deep clean. I am extremely impressed and very happy to have found someone so reliable, with such amazing results and fantastic value for money. Thanks again!

Paul is every bit the professional. Trust worthy & Honest. A man of his word. Shows up on time, as promised every month, the text alert evening prior is a great touch. Super easy Direct Debit collection, the payment leaves my bank like any other monthly bill. Would recommend him to anyone needing a window cleaner, not the cheapest but as the saying goes "you only get what you pay for" WORTH EVERY PENNY

Paul is the best window cleaner I have ever had. I get a text the night before to let me know he's coming, I don't have to worry about missing him as payment is made by direct debit which is great for me. My windows are spotless and shining he also cleans the framess, sills, front and back doors on every visit. Highly recommend this company, a little more expensive but well worth it. Thank you Paul ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
