North East Building Services Ltd

My insurance company Halifax sadly instructed this company after we experienced a leak in our bathroom where we had to move out of our home for a few days. Left large amounts of rubbish outside of my property all over the Christmas period, even after making numerous complaints after the bathroom rip out. This was eventually collected after having to harass my insurance company for weeks & weeks. The same thing happened after the refit and again had to chase for weeks & weeks. Shoddy work where replacement cladding is not matched up, taps were fitted the wrong way around that they had to come back out to swap back around. Newly fitted bathroom door had to be taken off & put back on by their builders & was damaged in the process in which they denied & refused to replace so insurance company did. Would never recommend or use again!

After a leak in our bathroom our insurer organised for this wonderful company to do the necessary repairs, including redecorating our dining room which is under the bathroom. All of the workmen were lovely, friendy, polite and very respectful of our home. They made sure the house was tidy when they left for the day so we could still cook and do all the things you need to do as a busy family of 4. We did have a little bump in the road but this was corrected without question. I am absolutely over the moon with the end result. Thank you to Rebecca and Kara for answer my queries and sorting any issues and thanks to the workmen for doing a fab job.

The work provided By North East Building Services was well organised, and the trades provided were First Class. Before and after,kitchen/Livingroom.

Had a leak in our kitchen floor and our insurer arranged for this company to handle the renovation work. The engineers and workmen were friendly, considerate, and highly skilled. They did their best to minimise any disruption while the work was being carried out. The major work is now complete, and I’m really happy with the result. Also a big thank you to Rebeca and Kara for answering all our queries and coordinating everything so smoothly!

Rebecca sorted the work force out to fit around our busy work schedule and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. All the guys that came joiners/painters and the guy who took away the rubbish were very professional, polite and hard working, we could not asked for a better service than the one we received from this company. I would be more than happy to recommend to others
