Went in to discuss curtain cleaning this morning, and whilst I appreciate there were no care labels on the curtains i had, as they were bespoke from Dubai and made from part silk, I found the man behind counter very dismissive, not interested in cleaning my curtains and when i asked what the dry cleaning process is as i didnt understand, he told me to "go away and google the dry cleaning process as it's too complex for me to stand here and describe it to you". Customer service is not a strong point and i would not recommend.
