Network Data Services Ltd

Following a phone call and survey with Nick, Adrian came along to fit Starlink. It wasn't an easy install because of the existing network and hardware but Adrian dealt with everything so professionally and clearly with a lot of knowledge, even more knowledge than my Mac experts! He was superb, definitely the right guy for the job. I heard him tell my Mac people he wasn't leaving until it was all working properly, even if it took all day. He was true to his word. Nick is a lovely guy and he clearly has a loyal and supportive team around him. Aside from all that, the internet is superb, a whopping 222mbps, which is a hell of a upgrade from the 22mbps we were getting from our 4g switch. Thank you Network Data Services, you are a shining example of teamwork, knowledge and customer service.

Recently had Starlink installed at my home (it needed an extension pole on the side of the house so unable to do this myself). I was very impressed by the service. Martin & Charlie were very professional, considerate & respectful and explained everything clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. And I’m over the moon about getting superb broadband speeds after suffering for so long!

I recently had a WiFi Link system installed between my house and garden office, and the whole experience was faultless. From Steph’s friendly initial contact, Martin’s detailed survey and flawless installation, to Nick’s expert follow-up advice and quick quote turnaround — every part of the process was handled brilliantly. The service really was second to none, and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

We recently received fibre to the premise and worked with Nick and Adrian at Network Data Services to network it through two large historic buildings. The team and process were excellent - 2 site visits to work out how best to meet the requirements cost effectively with minimal disruption to the fabric of the buildings, and a very smooth installation process. There were a couple of teething problems with the system (not of their making!) and they did a brilliant job of getting them sorted quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend their services.

Network Data Services completed a P2P installation across 3 holiday lets - service was prompt and professional at all times, and Nick did a great job getting the provision sorted in line with our timings. Martin and Dom were brilliant, very polite and courteous. When a follow up was needed to adjust an element of the install it was done promptly and to our satisfaction. Nice people who get the job done. Highly recommended.
