Neil Hall & Sons Ltd

Louis and his team were outstanding from start to finish. From our initial meeting to discuss the project requirements, they inspired confidence through their professionalism, expertise, and clear communication. They provided a comprehensive quotation with no hidden costs, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the project, the team was punctual, courteous, and remarkably considerate. Despite using heavy machinery, including a digger and breaker, disruption was kept to a minimum. Every member of the team was polite, respectful, and conducted themselves professionally at all times. The work included the installation of a new Plaspave driveway, front and side pathways, a new front step, and a porcelain patio. Decisions were made thoughtfully and pragmatically, drawing on the team’s experience to ensure the best possible outcome. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend Louis and his team to others. Thank you, Louis and the team, for an excellent job.

Neil Hall & Sons did an absolutely terrific job landscaping our garden. Ours was not the easiest garden to work on in terms of access, with machinery needing to get through awkward spaces, but they handled everything brilliantly. Every single one of the lads was an absolute pleasure to have around — super polite, friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely people. They were also incredibly tidy and respectful throughout the whole job. Every evening everything was swept, cleaned, and neatly packed away. They even swept up areas at the front of the house where they weren’t actually working, just because their vans and lorries had been there during the day. That level of care and pride in what they do really stood out. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I had to micromanage anything. I’d maybe check in once a day, but the whole project just ran like clockwork without me needing to constantly oversee things. Louis the owner was super helpful during the planning stage and also didnt bat an eyelid when I asked for a few changes during the work. The quality of the work is outstanding. They transformed our terrible, dead, slopey garden into a beautiful oasis that will probably outlive us! Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say or anything I would have wanted done differently. It’s absolutely glorious, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any job.

Louis and his team relayed my patio using Indian sandstone. They dug out the existing patio to level it off and reduce the standing water when it rains. They were professional and friendly and always cleared up at the end of a day. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

A totally professional and organised team; the work completed (2 x patios and pathways) is to an exceptional standard and nothing was too much trouble, as some changes occurred along the way, with advice being honest and open. A big shout out to Ethan (Superman), Louis and Graham - polite, friendly and very considerate. No delays, everything explained beforehand and updates given on a regular basis. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough. A big thank you to everyone - especially from Stan🐶.

Just had our driveway finished. We are delighted with the finish that was done two days earlier than planned. Louis and Ethan worked Saturdays and Sundays as well as into the evening on a regular basis. Always let us know when they would be arriving. Real attention to detail with helpful advice for us when choosing the materials. I got three quotes in advance but had no problem choosing this company. They laid a neighbours drive around ten years ago and my neighbour confirmed how good it's been. They give and stick to a fixed price. Really good service.
