NC WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANING

Weird. I emailed about a leaky gutter in May 2024. Neil popped round promptly the next day to give an initial assessment. Lovely bloke and we chatted for a bit. Was also happy to get my windows cleaned on an 8-weekly basis. I followed up the next week to ask about paying for the window cleaning and get further details about the guttering issue. Again, Neil sent a quick response providing an invoice and a full assessment of what would be needed to address the leak. I paid the invoice and asked for a quote for the repairs. I never heard back. They never came back to clean the windows again. The next 8 week interval was almost a month ago. Never received any communications as to why. A shame since it started well and Neil himself seems friendly and professional.

Great and excellent service. Many thanks Neil for your professional job. You made all my house windows, windows frames, gutters and fascias are brand new. Appreciate your prompt response to my request today and finish the job despite was your day off. The price you charged was very reasonable and you were honest with every moment you spent during the great job you did today. With great pleasure and confidence I will ask for your services again. Well done 👍

Had Neil round to do a couple of guttering repairs. Arrived when he said he will, did what he said he will, and charged what he said he will. Extremely friendly service and tried to accomodate the work at his earliest convenience. Highly recommend!

Neil did an excellent job of cleaning my soffits, fascias and guttering and he cleared out some blockages from the guttering too. I needed to get it done to improve the frontage of the house as we are selling and he’s brought the white back lovely. Great service, lovely fella and very competitive on price too. Highly recommend

Outstanding experience , Neil arrived promptly and got the 2 storey property gutters cleared of debris . Back to normal again, highly recommended!
