NBC Environment

Thank you James H for a very professional and efficient service. He was on time after calling me to say when he’d arrive. A brilliant job getting ride of two wasps nests. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend NBC especially James H. Thank you once again.

We were supported by Craig Ellis - he was on time, friendly, very efficient and did a great job. He took care of the wasp nests we had and also checked our property to make sure we hadn’t missed any. Fantastic service - would definitely recommend.

We have been uisng NBC for a few years for commercial pest control without issue. Noticed that they have not been out to visit us since May. Spoke to area manager CJ who promised to look into why our 8 weekly visits have stopped, and arrange an urgent visit ASAP but has failed to do so. Have sent 2 e-mails and called the 0333 number listed on the website numerous times over the last week, as well as CJ's mobile for no-one answers. Very disspointed and now looking into other providers. Don;t bother ringing, your call will not be answered.

I have had other pest control out in the past , but this was by the far the best. I would highly recommend NBC . Craig Ellis was so thorough and identified the problem area very quickly . No one before had ever moved anything or dared to inspect in such detail. The problem was resolved pretty quickly , so no need for endless visits as with previous companies . Excellent work . If I ever need help again , I would definitely go with NBC , with a special request for Craig, who gave such good advice . Well done NBC

Phil Holmes came out to us only 24 hours after I called. Kept me updated on eta which was helpful. He was polite, knowledgable and professional and so far seems to have sorted the issue. He's back to re-inspect in 10 days but he reassuringly said that if I needed to bring that appointment forward I could just call him to do that. Very flexible and helpful service.
