Extremely disappointing experience with this company. Communication was inconsistent, issues took far too long to resolve, and the overall level of professionalism was poor. There seemed to be very little accountability when problems were raised, which made the whole process frustrating from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would not use Nationwide FM Services again and cannot recommend them to others looking for a reliable facilities management provider.

Great company to work with. Having them cover security of our primary site in the Leeds area has certainly given me piece of mind. There have been many issues over the years from flooding of the site through to genuine alarm activations. All very quick to respond and incredibly thorough through all their processes. Having worked with many security companies throughout the UK, I have the most confidence in Nationwide for sure.

Nationwide security are the biggest sham going totally unprofessional and I liked how Emma Dawson tried to promote the company in a positive light on opportunities but considering that it's her farthers company of course she's gonna get a seat at the big table

I ring for a job and the lady on the phone in Leeds is a racist. She asked my name and when I told my name she just disconnect the phone. Because she only like English names.
