Anita has been my absolute saviour. Literally. The first few months I was here in supported living, I got no support whatsoever. I felt like I had just been dumped and left. I hated being here . I knew nobody. My family was miles away and my mental health was deteriorating even more. Then Anita came along and with her compassion and perseverance, her gentle persuasion and her ability to understand how I was feeling , I slowly began to feel that I COULD do it . I could move on. With her help. She made me feel that I mattered. My feelings mattered. My life mattered. She goes far beyond her job description. I'm now at the point where I can call this my home and though I've still some way to go , I know she's always there for me. She's always got my back. I will be forever grateful to her and what we've achieved so far. She's the only person who's ever made me feel proud of what I've achieved. I love her to bits. Thankyou Anita. My bff..😊

Donna is an exceptional House Officer. She is always on hand to help, quickly addresses any issues we report, and ensures our living environment is well-maintained. Beyond her official duties, her supportive nature and kindness have been a great comfort to me, significantly easing my personal worries and stress. Her professionalism and friendly communication make her not just a reliable point of contact, but a truly valued part of our residence community. Highly appreciated!

Since living at Peirpoint House and being managed by Myshon, i have found the support from Katie very helpful. Katie understands my needs and helps me work through my difficulties each week. I am pleased with the discipline that Myshon has given to lack of boundaries at the property.
