Moore and Son Yorkshire Carpet Cleaning

Very accommodating and punctual. I had a heavily stained carpet and was very impressed with the results. Left a lovely smell too. Really good price too. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Sean.

Excellent service provided by Moore and Son. This is the second time I have used this company. I have just had my bedroom decorated and couldn't decide whether I needed a new carpet or not. I phoned Moore and Son and they fitted me in really quickly for a clean and I was not disappointed at all. My carpet looks like new again and smells amazing. Thanks so much! You have saved me a small fortune. Very professional and polite service. Many thanks and I will be back in touch when our rental property needs doing again.

Very happy with the cleaning yesterday. Carpets look lovely and stains have come out nicely. Thanks again :) we will for sure be back in contact with you when they need doing again :)

Our carpets were in desperate need of a refresh thanks to our two very mucky dogs! I was recommended Moore and Son from family in West Leeds to do the job. Sean was incredibly thorough and got our cream carpets looking and smelling brand new again. Will definitey be using them again and can 100% recommend if you are in need of a carpet clean too! Moore and Son came to clean my living room carpet today. Unfortunately it wasn't the greatest experience. Firstly he arrived late which is never a good start. He then proceeded to go ahead and clean my carpet. However, whilst moving things he managed to break an expensive ornament which I wasn't happy about because I clearly asked him if I needed to move anything before he started but he said no. May I add at this point I'm disabled and wheelchair user. I spoke to Jacey on the phone who said this is the first time it's happened and offered to reimburse for the ornament but then proceeded to knock off the price of the clean. I took her up on her offer but felt they missed the point that this was an expensive ornament which had sentimental value because it belonged to my mum who recently passed away and I should never have had to pay for the clean. Would I use them again definitely not. So the moral to this story makes sure you move everything that's valuable. I would just like to add i've used carpet cleaners in the past and never had this problem before.
