MOLLY MAID

I’ve used their services a few times, but each visit took far too many hours. When I gave honest feedback, the response was rude and unprofessional. They charge too much for what they deliver. The team arrives as if setting up for a concert, blocking the whole area, and then spends an entire day just to clean a two-bedroom house. This is damaging to the brand’s reputation.

We have been with Molly Maid for over a year and we would never choose to go anywhere else. They are highly professional, efficient and provide an exceptional customer service and experience. Their communication is excellent and we are kept updated with regular correspondence. The staff are very friendly and do an incredible job. It is so comforting that the people in our home treat it with such respect and care. They do a great job! I must make a special mention to Louise. She is just brilliantly hardworking, thorough and so friendly. I switched our cleaning day, just so we could keep her!☺️ Nasira & Patrick Scott

We've been using Molly Maid for the last 6 months and they've been excellent.

Adequate service and have been reliable.

Poor clean at extortionate prices!
