Moirs Cleaning

Driver of LL14 KKC - sat inches behind me on motorway, tried to then undertake me in a lane full of lorry’s, cut back in behind me giving me the wanker sign, sticking her fingers up, honking at me meanwhile at the time I was doing 75mph. This went on for around 10 mins every time she tried to undertake me the same thing happened time and time again. She then went in the lane parallel to me one last time and stuck her fingers up at me before once again slowing down to go behind me. Id like to add I was in the fast lane overtaking other cars and lorry’s and at no point could have theoretically let this lunatic past. As a driver already doing 5mph over the speed limit it is disgusting another driver is trying to pressure me into unsafe driving putting people at risk. This is being reported to traffic police Scotland who I’m sure would like to review the cctv footage and rear dashcam footage I have stored already. I would expect a response to this complaint and an apology from the idiotic “lady” driving this car

Booked a deep clean costing me £150 the girls came in on time any everything was set up to go to plan unfortunately when I checked the property I wouldn't exactly say they performed a deep clean more like a normal clean. I specifically asked for kitchen cupboards to be clean out and this was missed enerd up having to do this myself also I would expect scurting to be wiped and cornered to be done during a deep clean unfortunately this was not done and I also had to clean the scurting myself etc and corners. If I'm paying £150 I would expect a lot more attention to detail than I got. I could have done a normal clean myself and saved myself £150. I wouldn't use this company again as they need to have a lot more attention to details when cleaning properties properly and to charge £150 for what I got was a waste of money for me especially as the house was going up for sale through next day. I was looking for a one off deep clean service as I was having guests coming over to stay and hadn't had a chance to properly clean due to work. I found Moirs and emailed them for a quote. The reply was quick and clear and after a phone call, a meeting was set up for someone to come over to our house to give us an accurate quote after having a look around. The meeting went ok, and she quoted us £245.70 for a 7.5 hours job with 2 ladies. This was much more than we expected and could afford (we live in a 4 bedroom house) and called back to ask if we could limit it to 5 hours only. The reply was she was going to revise the quote and email me back with an updated one. 5 days later still no word so I gave them a ring (at this point it was 2 days to the day that I needed the house to be cleaned) and was told that it was currently being worked on and that I would get it by the end of the day. I also confirmed with the lady herself that the cleaning session was definitely confirmed in 2 days to which she said yes. Next day I had to ring again to ask about the quote and wanted to confirm what time they were coming. Said that she would ring me back in 5 minutes. Half an hour later, I tried calling again and it went to voicemail. Managed to get another number from the internet where another lady answered and was told that she had left 20 minutes ago and there was no cleaning session booked for me the next day!!! I demanded an explanation and all they could say was it was never confirmed. I am very upset as this has ruined all my plans (it also happens to be on my birthday) and they seemed to not care at all! Very disappointing as I initially thought they were courteous and professional and I don't even know why it suddenly changed

Your cleaners did a lovely job couldn't fault a thing. The house is spotless. Would certainly use your services again. June Mullen

I have been using Moirs cleaning for over a year and found them to be professional and reliable. Would recommend!
