MJM Commerical & Industrial Cleaning

I recently used MJM Commercial & Industrial Cleaning for my end of tenancy clean, and honestly, they were a lifesaver. They managed to fit me in the very next day and even travelled all the way from Cardiff to Reading to get the job done. That level of commitment really impressed me, and thanks to their hard work, I got my full deposit back. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. They didn’t rush anything — the kitchen, bathrooms, carpets, and appliances all looked spotless by the time they finished. You could tell they take pride in their work. The whole experience was smooth and stress‑free, and it’s rare to find a company that goes the extra mile like this. I’ll definitely be using MJM Commercial & Industrial Cleaning again and would happily recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable clean.

We requested a quote for deep cleaning and carpet cleaning, clearly stating our requirements and even providing images and conducting an on-site meeting. Despite their quote being significantly higher than others (nearly £1,000), we chose this company based on their positive reviews. On the day, only two workers arrived and cleaned just the carpets—nothing else. We were shocked, as it was made clear from the beginning that we expected deep cleaning in addition to the carpets. Even their manager had visited the property beforehand and never clarified that the quote was only for carpets. To make matters worse, instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, they are now threatening legal action, even though we are still within the 7-day payment window. Not to mention other companies gave us £160 to £230 quotes for the carpet cleaning. We accepted the quote because we agreed it was for both carpet and the deep cleaning Avoid this company at all costs. We deeply regret trusting them and hope this review helps others steer clear of the same experience.

One of your drivers in a white car drove at speed through Pentre Gardens, this morning, Monday, 23 September 2024 at 07.48am in a 20mph limit. I was driving my child on a school run. Truly shocking, he needs to take his test again. Not a good representative of your organisation.

excellent service and staff are so friendly and reliable. definitely recommend Martyn Madden and his company. Professional and the cleans are second to none
