Minster Cleaning Services Staffordshire

We have the most amazing, professional friendly cleaner at my workplace from Minster. The team in the office are also super responsive and always happy to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!! We've had numerous cleaners over the 17 years I've worked here and these are the most thorough and most reliable and the products they use are top notch.......our loos have never smelt so fresh and clean!! Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

Since Minster have taken over our cleaning Contract in September , we've all noticed how much cleaner the factory and offices are. Our regular cleaner Penny is really hard working and a credit to the company. Minster Cleaning are extremely organised, dealing with any issues professionally and in a timely manner. Great Work!

Having used Minster for many years, they have gone downhill. They don't seem to have enough staff, cannot cover staff absence and regularly leave us without a clean. They are borderline rude on the phone, don't inform us when our cleaner will not attend and don't apologise but still expect the bill paid in full!

Wayne Thomson, has a very strong work ethic, and we are very impressed with his high standards of work, I have every confidence in his ability in what ever task he takes on. Mr a wild.and Mrs m wild.

Really good company, the management team are really helpful. The workload on staff is very fair.
