Minster Cleaning Services Hull North & East Yorkshire

I run a Franchise Car Dealership in York. Minster Cleaning have been very professional from the outset. We have two great cleaners daily, regular visits from an Area Manager and the whole process from quote to contract to start date was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend to other businesses in the area!

We recently engaged Minster Cleaning for our office cleaning services. Unfortunately, after multiple members of their staff attended our site, the results were extremely disappointing—no better than 1/10. Despite raising our concerns, the Managing Director showed little interest in resolving the issues. Instead, they attempted to increase our charges, claiming that their team did not have sufficient time to clean two open-plan office spaces adequately. Furthermore, the company appears to suffer from a high staff turnover, and the level of customer service is virtually nonexistent. Given our experience, "Minster" would be a more fitting name, as "cleaning" does not seem to be their priority. ** The response from the owner is as expected, when a member of their staff needed medical support and there was no support from their own company. We ended up assisting with the situation....that is gratitude for you!

Minster Cleaning have been cleaning our York office for the past few years. They do a great job of keeping the office clean and tidy. Very approachable and flexible in their approach - would thoroughly recommend.

Since moving over to Minster Cleaning, we have always found them to be a professional company to deal with. We are very happy with the service they provide and the cleaning of our premises is carried out to a high standard.

We have been using Minster Cleaning for a number of years, and their service is fantastic, and would most certainly recommend them to others should you be considering such a service.
