Miller Freeman

Used Miller Freeman and Avon Water Services to replace our old lead supply pipe. I think they quoted on the Wednesday, called back to book it in on the Thursday and were on the job for Saturday. Due to a small hitch there was a need to come back and finish the work at a later date - which was the Monday morning. Incredible response time. Absolutely cannot fault the service and the promptness of all their responses. The three different guys who turned up were professional and polite and kept us abreast of all the changes and information. When I noted my water flow seemed to have dropped they took the time to troubleshoot and check the issue and it never felt like an inconvenience. They used a spare slab I had to do a spot-on restoration of the path when they were done and left no trace on the site. Only complaint? No formal way to increase the invoice to give them a tip! 10/10 would use again.

Booking the service was easy. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The cost was very reasonable.The engineer (Scot) arrived within the appointment time. Scot was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing , there was no mess and he completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Miller Freeman and we shall be using them in the future.

I have used Miller Freeman for the last 4 years and I can honestly say that the service I have received has been perfect. I use them yearly for servicing but I have also had repairs completed as well as a new toilet and kitchen tap. Each time they have completed the works quickly and professionally. 5 star service every time.
