My company has used metropolis for years. They are reliable, professional and always go that extra mile to ensure excellent customer service. The review regarding racism bemuses me as they have a a very multi cultural employee base judging by the doormen that get sent to me.

Had security staff booked over a month in advance. Then, on the Thursday before the Saturday we needed them I was informed that they didn't have any staff available. Champions league weekend means I cannot find any alternative now. Very unprofessional.

Met one of your drivers on the road who proceeded to try to run me off a roundabout World class if that's the people you employ
