Merry Maids of Inverness and East Highland

Utterly shocking company that need looked into. Charging £80 an hour for a one bedroom flat where they were in and out on average in 20 mins breached their own contract in multiple ways. Manager was contacted multiple times who did next to nothing even cancelled a clean short notice and crammed 2 into a barely a 5 day period to get paid obviously. Even had the cheek to say the cleaners think they need longer than an hour so meaning a higher price even though they were never there to even close to the time paid for and even then still missed rooms. Laziest shoddiest cleaning company on the market multiple times didn't clean the bathroom or the living room left rubbish lying about. Special requests were agreed upon to clear cat litter trays although wasn't required during their tenure, changing a bed weekly which they did on about 3 occasions and the rest made out like they did even though they didn't because it was an effort for them to go into the airing cupboard to get bedding out. The last item was to clean dishes more often and not neglecting to do so. The kicker they do not dispose of rubbish unless its in bins already so if they see a crisp packet or a dirty cup they ignore it. I could go on but fortunately it was all on cctv and its sadly a company thing as it was more often than not different people each time. Avoid like the plague and take civil action if experiencing the same with this firm they need to be taken to task. I'd recommend all businesses giving them a wide birth also as they clearly are quite happy scamming vulnerable people.

We've never had a cleaner before and didn't know what to expect. Initial contact for our enquiry was quick and very professional, and all the information provided through the quote stage was very helpful. Thank you to Keli for her excellent communication and help. Had our first clean today, with Arwen and Mollie, and we are very impressed with the result. The work has been done very well and the attention to little things like the light switches is really great. It was really nice to come home from work and not need to do housework, so a big thank you to the whole team. We look forward to the next visit!

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the team at Merry Maids of Aberdeen - the ladies (Martyna and Megan), genuinely, INCREDIBLE work. The job they had to do for our house was a very very challenging one, and they treated it with such precision, perfection and grace. Such lovely ladies to talk to as well! We are absolutely blown away with the finished look, and want to congratule the ladies and Catalin how amazing they have done. Truly, you have no idea how much this has changed our lives. Thank you so much again, to the whole Merry Maids team for your exceptional delivery of service. We will recommend you to anyone who seeks cleaners and we will absolutely be coming to you again for future jobs. Warm Regards, Serena xx

Lauren, Keli and Rosie did a great job in my very dusty caravan, which needed a good deep clean. Friendly and efficient; would definitely recommend them.

We were so impressed with the service from Merry Maids. From our first meeting with Andrea to the day of our deep clean with the lovely Lynsey & Daisy. An excellent service made easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
