But I can assure you this review is true. Both female workers, including his own wife have admitted to washing and drying bedding soaked in urine by a customer who uses them regularly. So his claims of not knowing anything about this incident is completely untrue! Unfortunately if you complain there is a backlash. Again showing unprofessionalism. Yes we used to return regularly, until our towels started smelling of urine! These are towels being used around people’s faces! Absolutely disgusting! Then we complained, then stopped using them. I will also add that the place is an absolute mess. I doubt they can even tell the difference between clean and dirty things. Not recommended at all! They wash and dry your things amongst urine soaked bedding. The staff admitted this to us. Our towels came back to us absolutely stinking of urine! When we complained, instead of apologising and sorting the issue, they are rude and refuse to dry our towels? Extremely unprofessional. Really shows how unbothered about his customers he is! Go elsewhere

Excellent service. Washing collected, washed and returned. Very reasonable and items smelt fresh and clean. We didn’t use the ironing service. Two king size quilts also dry cleaned. Would highly recommend, especially the friendly efficient service.

Took a 25 year old vintage red jacket here that someone had spilt black currant squash over at my work place. It’s my all time favourite jacket and I wear it everywhere. I was really worried the stain would not come out as it was really dark and that squash often stains my hands when I use it. These guys did such an amazing job at removing these stains, and even some older stains that a previous dry cleaners had not managed to remove from before I bought it. I’m am beyond chuffed that my jacket is as good as new. Thank you so so much.
