Manchester Gutters

⚠️ Use These People at Your Own Risk I hired Gutter Repaire to fix a leak in my gutter. I deeply regret that decision. They completed the job and were paid in full. But just three months later, when it rained again, not only was the original leak still there—it was joined by a second leak in a section that had previously been fine. I contacted them immediately. They said they'd come out the following week. That week came and went. I followed up again, and they repeated the same promise. This cycle continued for nine weeks before they finally showed up. When they did, they charged me £130.00 for the visit—despite the fact that the issue was clearly related to their initial work. I told them I’d wait to see how it held up once it rained again before making payment. But they began pressuring me over the phone for immediate payment. During this time, I suffered a bereavement—my mother sadly passed away. I informed them of this, hoping for some understanding. Instead, they ignored it and continued to demand payment. I eventually paid, just to put an end to the stress. Then, a month later, it rained again—and the original leak was even worse than before. I contacted them once more and was met with the same evasive responses. Eventually, they blocked me on WhatsApp. I will be taking them to claims court. Their behavior has been unprofessional, insensitive, and frankly disgusting. If you're considering hiring Gutter Repaire, think twice. Based on my experience, they do not stand by their work, they lack basic empathy, and they seem more interested in chasing payments than resolving issues. as you can see the chimney is mine and the leak is on my wall

Avoid this company. Can't even complete the simplest of jobs to an adequate standard. Job was simply to replace two gutters, neither end of my gutter has been sealed correctly with water pouring down when it rains. Multiple false promises of coming back to fix it, claims his workers had been when they hadn't, then ignores messages completely. Don't waste your time or money with them. In response to Manchester gutters reply: You have not responded to my last two text messages, neither have you informed me of your intention to send a team around to "assess" what was required to be done (which was unrequired as I sent you the videos of the issue weeks ago) or informed me of yet another date you had "booked it in for". Cameras and text messages confirm that none of what you have said is true. If you want to protect your reputation, rather than making false claims on reviews, complete the work correctly the first time and rectify any issues in a timely manner.

Would 100% recommend. Team were responsive to messages prior to work commencing, were really clear about what needed doing and the scope of work. Replaced wooden guttering and painted to the same colour as the original guttering. They were able to complete the job in about half an hour - absolutely superb and very competitively priced.

Good communication and were able to come a view the job at a time convenient for me. Repaired the problem within 15 minutes and charged me a reasonable price for it. Would recommend, will use again.

Contacted Manchester Gutters as a piece of soffit had come away and we also had another job on our tudor board. James quickly came out and gave a competitive quote. Agreed for the work to go ahead. James and the guys turned up on time and did a great job. Really pleased with their work . I will definitely use again, should a need arise and I would certainly recommend to friends and family.
