Maltings Property Management (Hull) Ltd

We used Lee to manage the rental of our first property. I can’t thank him enough for his efficiency , Professionalism and excellent communication throughout. In all the years we used this company we had no issues and everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend The Maltings Property Services.

Lacking in prompt correspondence to email enquiries, nice enough on the phone. Claim to have 'never received' our application for a rental, so we missed out on ever being considered by the landlord on an ideal property. Asked for a follow up and a reason why our application was 'never received' and never heard back.

Booked us in for a rental property viewing but cancelled with less than 24hr notice as they already selected tenants before completing all the viewings.

Our experience of Maltings Property Management is nothing short of brilliant. They were prompt when my wife and I were looking for a new home. As our previous landlord was selling up due to personal circumstances. Over the past year and half, when works were needed doing in the property, Maltings have been friendly and on point. This week, we've had a decorator in - his work is top notch - this is the standard we have come to expect from the Maltings when they've sent people over to do any works. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

Lived in an apartment with them for over three years. Excellent and professional agents, helped me to get all set up at the beginning. Any issues or problems were resolved efficiently. Would definitely recommend!
