Maid in Preston

So glad you were recommended by a friend. I needed a cleaner to help out at my dad's, Robyn and Tina are a great team and very understanding of my dad's needs. They do a great job and have made my life so much easier. If you are looking for professional and affordable cleaning services then look no further :)

Extremely disappointed with the service. I requested a deep clean of my new apartment and barely received a standard clean. After I inspected the work done, I found simple things had been missed such as marks on the switches, counter surfaces not cleaned and the oven had not even been attempted to be cleaned. Unfortunately, I was not able to inspect the apartment post-clean with the cleaners as they left before my arrival. They said they had "run out of time" and needed to go to their next appointment. I then had a phone conversation with the owner conveying my disappointment and she said they would return (at their expense) to correct the issues I had outlined. Upon their return, I was told that a deep clean was actually more money and needed more time and certain things I had requested to be cleaned, like the oven, were not included, even though I had specifically pointed this out on the initial phone conversation and upon their arrival. This was very frustrating given i was very clear when requesting the service that I needed a deep clean and this was agreed to. As far as I was concerned that was what I was expecting. I also went through the other issues and though they were addressed, I still found unclean areas when they left.This was deeply upsetting for me and disrupted the happy occasion of moving in and enjoying my new place. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews at all, but in this case I hope the owners can take this feedback and ensure that they think about the customer first and ensure that they are clear about what IS and IS NOT included in a service. I am glad they were wise enough to correct their mistakes, but I wish they showed more care and attention to detail when providing this service for me. Be very clear with your needs and requirements before selecting this company for your cleaning needs.
