Time for the annual service on my aircon unit and another very professional visit from Lynx A/C 👍🏻Their engineer, Gavin, was bang on time, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently and thoroughly. Thanks Gav and Lynx A/C.

I work for an elderly care home and have had Lynx service my equipment for the last 2 years. Absolutely great people to work with. Do a great job at a good price. I have Gavin service my equipment every 6 months, he is always professional and friendly he knows his job well and always does thorough job.

I have a new build house with large south facing windows which in summer makes life uncomfortable. I got 4 x quotes from local (Lincoln) area installers. Lynx was extremely competitive but the others quoted for Mitsubishi heavy Industrial AC units. Lynx AC quoted for the much preferred (IMO) Daikin. What convinced me though was the software Lynx used on the initial site visit. Alan has years of experience in AC and he was excellent, explaining everything in terms that I fully understood but the show stopper was that he took photos of all the areas that would be worked in. He then superimposed AI photos of all the equipment he intended to install which gave you a true reflection on exactly what the finished product would look like. They were indistinguishable from the finished product. Finally the actual fitters Jamie and Alex they were the nicest guys you could possibly meet. Both were dressed in Lynx uniforms and extremely polite and explained everything they were going to do in stages and gave regular updates. They were tidy workers who cleaned up after each stage and asked me to check out each stage before continuing on to the next. It’s by far the most professional company I’ve ever encountered and the end product is superb. All the people I met Alan, Jamie and Alex were great ambassadors for the company and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lynx AC to anyone.

Gavin arrived at the agreed time and completed the service of our AC with competence and professionalism.. and was very personable with it. A nice chap. He cleaned up after and I can't fault his work. Hope we get him again next year!

Jamie and Josh from Lynx AC were brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really efficient. The install was done to a great standard, everything looks really neat, and they left the place spotless. Couldn’t ask for better service.
