LPS Sussex Ltd

Lyons were the contractor that installed the fire door to my flat a few years ago. It needed remedial work, which was urgent. I've just had poor communication and lack of clarity about whether they could do this in time. I'm disappointed they've been so poor at communicating, as they did some good work on other parts of my property in the past.

We cannot recommend Lyons property services highly enough. True professionals, trustworthy, reliable and go above and beyond. Theo and Rich have renovated two Bathrooms and a farmhouse kitchen for us and we couldn't be happier with them. As we were fairly clueless to what we wanted, they helped pick the paint, tiles, flooring etc. We will certainly be using them again for any future work.

Jeff and Theo were absolutely brilliant. We hired them to project manage the complete refurbishment of my mother's flat. As we are based a few hours away, they organised everything for us including choosing the paint, tiles and flooring as well as advising us on the kitchen units. They rewired the complete property as well as plastering and finishing. They kept us updated constantly throughout the project and much to our delight they finished on time and within budget. Two fireplaces which had been painted over were patiently restored and we were delighted to find the original tiles were still beautiful underneath the old paint. All the original Bakelite door handles were also painstakingly restored by Jeff. Nothing was too much trouble. The old pine flooring which had been covered by carpet for years was also painstakingly restored and brought up to a gleaming finish. The whole team were tremendous, hand picked by Jeff and Theo, all are highly skilled tradesmen and the finish on the property is exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Theo and Richard are incredibly professional and friendly. They renovated our bathroom whilst we were on holiday and the whole process was smooth, and they went to great lengths to think through each aspect of the renovation, from aesthetics to functionality. We couldn't have been happier with the end result. It's hard to find builders that are so trust worthy and highly capable. Thoroughly recommend them!!!!

From beginning to end Theo filled me with confidence that the works required to be executed at my tenanted property in Hove would be done professionally and with well above average due care and attention not just to my tenants whilst in situ but for me as the landlord nearly 500 miles away. Was kept informed at all times both my email and by very useful visuals in the total refurb and installation of a new bathroom which had suffered flooding from the property above. Useful suggestions and professional advice was offered freely and the works completed in good time and bang on target cost wise. The team were thorough and efficient and cleared up properly each day allowing my tenants to continue living with minimal disturbance.....A great bonus to any landlord or tenant. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again for my other properties in the Brighton & Hove area. I wish I could transport Theo's services to Scotland !! This company will continue to do well. Thank You all at Lyons Property Services.
