Awful experience, came to fix a suspected leak and did not re do the plumbing under the sink correctly, so we did have a true leak in the end all over the newly replaced floorboards. The floor replacement is a bodge job at best with gaps and broken wood still visible. A replacement kitchen cupboard was needed, this was sourced and fitted, I saw the cupboard in place and had to point out that cupboard was in fact the wrong size and my washing machine would not fit in the space left they hadnt even measured the cupboard. The cupboard has been bodged together to make it fit, the door no longer fits and is all out of alignment. The side of the cupboard should be an end panel as it sits near the washing machine but the cupboard side has been used leaving a large gap at the bottom. The kickboard for the cabinets no longer fits due to the bodge job on the cabinet so they have screwed it in any left it wobbly. Disgusted by the service received and will be making a formal complaint to the company and our housing association. Living in a council house does not mean I should be left with a kitchen in such a bodged state. You are paid for the work regardless. Would never recommend
