If I could give minus 100 stars I would ..:Doesn’t even deserve to be a 3 party contractor not fit for purpose. Waiting over a month for a toilet to be fitted to my wall plus my seal to be replaced in the shower mixer. Waited on 3 times to be told all the excuses under the sun. Have 2 small children who 1 is unable to use a bath but still not classed an wrmgwncu made us wait in all day again today to be told when we rang up at 6:30 they’re not coming. Absolutely disgusting company. I wouldn’t trust them with dirty sock. Should be ashamed.

Haven't had heating for a month, was meant to have someone come out on the 12/3/2026 to put a new radiator on. No one showed up so I called them to be told they were definitely coming out that night but no one still showed up, so called them again to be told they dont fit new parts after 5pm. Got told we aren't an emergency as well which is insane because I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old who have been freezing for a month. How is that not an emergency?

I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I have been dealing with a leaking boiler since December, and despite an engineer attending and saying a part would be ordered, I am still waiting months later with no repair and no communication. The leak is constant, even when the boiler is switched off, and I am waking up every day to a soaking kitchen. It is now causing damage to my worktops and the water has a strong metallic smell, which is very concerning. This is not a one-off issue. Previously, I was left with a disconnected leaking radiator for over 2 years before it was resolved. On top of this, after solar panels were installed at my property, contractors left rubbish and spare materials in my garden which have still not been cleared. There seems to be no urgency at all, even when it’s clear there are vulnerable people living in the property. The lack of communication and care is extremely disappointing. This has been a very stressful experience and I would not want others to go through the same.

If you have any options avoid these like the plague. Booked a day off for an annual safety service. Sat in all day twiddling my thumbs to receive a message saying Kevin was en route. Two hours later Kevin seemed to be lost so I called to be told Kevin had decided the inspection had already taken place, which it hadn't. Kevin refused to return and now I have to take unpaid leave for Kevin to come back and do the job he should have done that day. Now I've received a threatening letter that they tried to gain access but were refused and if it happens again I'll have my gas capped and charged. Well no Kevin, don't be a delinquent and do your job properly. I have vulnerable people at home so nothing will be getting capped and any charges can be paid by Kevin, the imbecile who can't do his job.

Terrible company. Avoid at all cost!! Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. The day finally arrived & no one turned up! When I phoned to check they had decided to change my appointment to March!! But failed to tell me! 😡
