Lemon General Window and Gutter Cleaners

Not only were the windows still filthy, but every single window that was supposedly cleaned has been scratched. This was confirmed by a manager who came out to look and the cleaner himself. Despite this, all of my messages this week have been ignored and I am now being chased for payment and threatened with legal proceedings. By way of update, despite the manager and window cleaner confirming that they could see the damage and having seen photos of the final state of the windows, Lemon is now denying liability so that we will need to bring a claim.

We have been using Lemon General Cleaners at our two properties for 2 years and have never had any problems. Great service, nice guys!

We have used Lemon General for the last 3years+. They are courteous and do a thorough external window & rooflight clean including cills. We would recommend them to anyone . Grahame

Friendly and helpful company. Excellent service. Job well done. Will happily use them again. Thank you Zak :-)

Booked with Lemon General expecting a regular window cleaning service. (I work from home so house is very accessible all year round) So far this year my windows have been cleaned in April… and then not again until August (when only the front windows were done and an attempt to charge for both front and back). Avoid if you want a regular window cleaning service.
