LAUNDRY SERVICE Drop it off collect later

An amazing dry cleaners! Fast service, extremely friendly, everything came back either ironed or steamer and smelled wonderful. Prices are reasonable and you are able to both receive email receipts and pay by card which is extremely convenient! Would highly recommend them to anybody.

Dropped laundry off Friday around noon and had it back by 10 am the next day. All clothing articles nicely washed and folded and in a bag for our walk back to the hotel. The owner is very friendly, he’s also a knowledgeable source on what to do in and around Southampton, from pubs to historical sites. Need laundry service, this is your go-to place while in Southampton!

I had a terrible experience with this laundry service. The staff were consistently rude, and whenever I provided evidence of dirty laundry, the team, especially Lawrence, would either claim the stains were permanent or blame us. However, I do laundry for my family at home and know how to properly wash clothes. It seems they overload the machines and don’t use enough detergent. Every single load came back dirty. If you're looking for a reliable service, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. In addition I wouldn’t recommend for commercial use because your cleaners will either lay the bedding dirty and customers will complain or complain that the sheets aren’t clean. It has been a real headache working with this company!

My washing machine broke last week and I had to find an alternative to wash my work uniform. I cannot fault my experience. Very friendly customer service, my washing was completed quickly and on time, and on a Sunday too!! Thankyou very much for your excellent service!

If you are ever travelling to Southampton or even live there do not think twice about going here for your laundry needs. The prices are amazing. The location is central. The service is impeccably professional and very friendly. We were in Southampton for two weeks and contracted their services 3 times and all went flawlessly. Their attention to detail and specific washing requests is what sets them apart. They are dog lovers so support them!
