Lantic Building Surveyors

We used Lantic Building Surveyors for our move, and we are really grateful that we did! The first survey offered so much information and detail that we made the right decision to pull out of that particular purchase. The house had too many structural problems for us to take on, and we really feel we dodged a bullet. We used them again a second time as we knew we would get really good value for our money, again a huge amount of information and detail, and we are now happily living in that house. Highly recommend

Justin did an excellent job on our survey, he promptly sent us a really thorough report which highlighted a things to consider that we wouldn't have spotted otherwise. The report will be really helpful in enabling us to understand the key aspects of our property we need to work on. He was also very helpful in answering our follow-up questions and taking the time to talk to us about the findings and investigate some of the issues further. I would really recommend Justin to anyone looking to get a survey done in this area.

We instructed Dan of Lantic to provide a level 2 home survey for our recent house purchase and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. Dan is great to work with and not only provided a very informative and helpful survey but was also really approachable and able to provide practical solutions to a few ancillary queries we had arising from our purchase and the survey. Would highly recommend. An extremely professional service.

Justin Tyson carried out our survey which was undertaken quickly and comprehensively. Right from my initial phone call with Justin’s colleague, this company have been professional and provided a great service throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Property purchases can be a stressful experience with a lot of money involved and I was keen to find the right company who were communicative, respectful and good at their job. I’m happy to say Lantic was exactly that.

We asked several surveyors for prices to carryout a level 2 survey and Lantic Building Surveyors price was competitive. All communication was clear and the survey report was promptly available the day after the survey was carried out. Justin Tyson carried out our level 2 survey and we were very impressed by the length and detail of the report. I had a follow-up call with Justin, who spent over an hour thoroughly explaining and discussing his findings. At the time the survey was carried out we lacked documentation for the property. Justin offered to review additional documentation as it became available, and he also answered several additional questions. We were very impressed by the service we received, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lantic Building Surveyors.
