Best company ever. Ordered through TikTok. Fast delivery and not one bottle leaked as it is so well packed. A bit thank you to this amazing company

Love them. 24hr turnaround 90% of the time. Great communication if they’ve ever run out of stock. Friendly & helpful over the phone. Thanks guys x

Absolutely Brilliant service, the Girl who served me was really lovely, advising me on what to get. Would highly recommend this place as its not only for bulk buying, its also just to keep your stock going in the house. Pay cash or card. Try it and tell me you wasnt happy. Thanx Guys for your amazing service. I WILL be back

Been ordering from La lucca every month for almost 2 years now and don’t think you could ask for a better service. They have a huge range of products - stocking all of my faves! The staff are amazing, always respond to messages quickly and are so helpful with updates about products/orders. I was once after a product that was only available on wholesale but after messaging the owner she kindly added it to the retail site immediately so I could purchase it. I’ve often placed an order late in the evening and it’s been delivered the following morning. The delivery drivers are so friendly and always call to make sure they put my order somewhere safe if I’m not home. It really is a fantastic business and I’m a customer for life ❤️

Amazing range of top quality products, makes cleaning easy plus my home smells incredible. Superb customer service, even received a courtesy call to say my order was being prepared. Thanks for the free gift of a car scent. Brilliant business, I’m hooked.
