Speedy and professional roadside recovery of my Honda Pan European st1300 motorcycle after it broke down on a Sunday morning. Bike specific trailer was just the job as I've had flatbed loaders recover bikes in the past and they've wrecked the fairing and seat etc with the ratchet straps. I felt that my bike was safe and well cared for with LNS. Got me and my bike home safe and sound. Very happy with the service and care of me and my bike. Thanks.

Highly recommend , was out riding had a major oil leak they were there within 10 mins very professional guys turned up , one in the recovery truck and one in the van turned up called Ben both very polite. a very kind gentleman also recommend we call you ,gave everything we needed so was no longer needed them in the end . Thank you so much

We had LNS come to our aid and load our broken campervan. We were 15 minutes away from our campsite destination. Thankfully we had an absolutely superb chap called Gary arrive and what a star. Such a pleasure to deal with and a credit to your company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company are shockingly bad. The AA sent them out to recover me from a dark, rainy A road nr Corwen. The guy that turned up took lpictures of my car and then said he couldn't help me - I had two damaged tyres from.hitting a pot hole. He told me the AA had only just given him the job, even though I'd waited nearly 3 hours. His advise was that I call the AA again and arrange recovery. He then jumped in his van and drive off leaving me alone again. He honestly couldn't have cared less. I've reported this company to the AA and suggested they don't continue to use them as they do not provide any form of decent service.

Second time I’ve been recovered by LNS (via my breakdown cover) Great communication Once in my van, once on my motorbike. Both times were excellent.
