L & J Pro Building Contractors

We have had our chimney repointed and recapped and new lead work. We are very happy with the work and are looking forward to seeing the exterior being painted next week

We recently worked with L&J Pro on a project at Old Bridge Surgery to divide one existing room into two functional spaces. The team were professional, efficient, and respectful of the clinical environment throughout. Communication was clear from start to finish, the work was completed on schedule, and disruption to staff and patients was kept to an absolute minimum. The finish on the new partition walls is excellent, and the rooms are now far more practical for day‑to‑day use. Overall, a reliable and well‑organised company who delivered exactly what we needed. We would happily work with them again.

L&J Pro Builders recently completed an eight-month renovation of our house in Looe, including structural work to create an open-plan space, a loft conversion, new electrics, plumbing, bathrooms and kitchen. Their work was excellent throughout, and their experience with awkward sites and access proved invaluable. We’re delighted with the finished result and would happily recommend them.

L & J pro just competed a re-roofing project for us in Looe and done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. The roof looks amazing.

The L&J team have recently completed two significant pieces of work for me. They replaced the roof on my extension and then fitted bi-fold doors in the extension at the same time insulating the walls and floor. In addition, they organised for my windows and doors to be replaced, and a carpet to be sourced and fitted. Given my property isn't in the most accessible area of Looe, this never seemed to be an issue for them. The friendly team always turned up as planned (apart from when Mother Nature intervened), and let me know how they were progressing whenever I asked. The work has been completed to an excellent standard and with the couple of minor snagging issues (as there always are), these have been resolved quickly. All being well, I hope to use L&J for more renovation work this year.
