Kifco Property Services

KifCo Property Services recently undertook the complete refurbishment of a tired bathroom at my Hove rental property. From the initial consultation, Lee was totally professional, taking on board my ideas and providing a detailed job specification that anticipated multiple eventualities. The execution by David was flawless. Working within a compact space, he retiled and fitted the new client-supplied furniture to an impeccable standard, demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail. The transformation included chasing exposed pipework into the walls and seamless boxing-in, resulting in a stunning finish. After waiting almost two decades to update this bathroom, KifCo managed to exceed my high expectations. My thanks to Denise for her efficient administrative management and excellent communication throughout the project. The property's electrical requirements were handled with equal professionalism by KifCo Electrical Services. Many thanks to Chloe for managing a new EICR for the flat, upgrading the spotlights and sockets, addressing other C2 observations, and installing a suspended extractor filter hood.

Kifco replaced an entire shower cubicle for me at short notice and the work was done in a few hours. David did a great job and took away the old cubicle and all the new packaging. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. Great communication from Denise and Chloe too. Professional, efficient and friendly service all round. Would highly recommend.

I am a property manager of 45 flats and Kifco attend to maintenance issues that occur for time to time. This has ranged from plumbing to electrical, new oven installations, taps and leaks and recently quoting for decorating remedials required. I have always found them professional, efficient and knowledgeable and I certainly appreciate how they assist to make my role much easier.

Kifco are a great company I couldnt recommend more! They even have a property management sector so if additional works are needed to an electrical job they can cover both bases. Chloe from front office is an absolute star who's very proactive and communicative - great problem solver as well!

I recently had two bathrooms ripped out and refitted by Kifco. Really pleased with all aspects of the job (workmanship, price and communication). Will use again for sure.
