Keepsafe Self Storage

Never used a storage site before. Staff made it extremely easy to organise. The use of a van to move items in was also excellent. I had access to the site 24hrs a day 7 days a week with my own keys and fob. The site was clean and very secure. Communication with the team was easy and hassle free. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We leased an 80 sq ft storage unit and used Keepsafe’s van to move our stuff for storage. Mr Hogg had prepared all the paperwork in advance on receipt of a copy of my driving licence and carefully led me through it. He then took us through the procedures for getting through the layers of security to access the unit with great clarity. The unit itself was spotless and the area in which it was located was not just free of litter, it looked ready for a military inspection. The transit style removal van looked to have been thoroughly valeted and we encountered no problems with it. Overall I was very impressed by the level of security, the pod and particularly the customer care and the relaxed friendly manner in which it was delivered.

Friend and I used Keepsafe Storage, Friarton, Perth. We spoke with Anne, who was so lovely and helpful! Nothing was any trouble for her. We had to change dates for the use of storage and subsequently, change date for the use of their van. It didn’t feel awkward. Anne dealt with it so professionally. She is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Anne! Pauline / Pam. Definitely recommend Keepsafe Storage, Friarton!

I dealt with Adam, the site manager, and Jane yesterday morning while organising storage and the use of the free move-in van. Both were extremely knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the correct size unit, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Keepsafe Storage Centres to anyone looking for storage in the local area. Thanks again, guys!

Excellent service. I used the storage during my house move while renovations were going on, and it worked out perfectly. The units are safe, secure and most importantly completely dry. Staff were always helpful and the 24-hour access came in handy many times. Highly recommend
