Keep Safe & Secure Ltd.

Excellent service from first contact to delivery. The personnel were prompt, reliable, well presented, and eager to help us as much as they could. Keep Safe and Secure Ltd. worked with us on our event Women V Cancer ride the Roses - Manchester to Leeds, which supports Ovarian Cancer Action and Breast Cancer Now.

I recently hired Keep Safe Secure for security services for an event, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service quality fell far below what I expected. The staff did not seem attentive or proactive, and several important details that should have been handled smoothly were either delayed or overlooked. Communication throughout the event was also lacking, which added unnecessary stress. Overall, the level of professionalism and reliability was not what I expected. Based on my experience, I do not recommend their services.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this security company. Their team is highly unprofessional, the service quality is consistently poor, and the overall management is very weak. Despite raising concerns multiple times, nothing was improved. I expected reliable and professional security support, but unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on even the basics. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

We used Keep Safe & Secure for 7 events in the centre of Leeds in December 2024, and Mohsin and his team were brilliant. Professional and reliable, we'll certain continue using Keep Safe & Secure for future events. Highly recommend!

Keep safe and secure have been an immense blessing. Following 7 break ins to our church and their immense offer to patrol the area we have so far had no recurrence. The guards have been courteous, polite and very professional. The firm have a great ethical view of life and have been a delight to work with. From our experience I would not hesitate in recommending them.
