Paul and the KDC Team look after a framework yearly contract agreement for BPS across multiple HMO properties in LDN & Bristol as they have done since 2019. The KDC team take care of everything from booking in with the sites, sharing confirmations and RAMS prior and on the day the cleaning teams undertake all work to a very high standard with the demise site managers always sharing positive feedback regarding the conduct and professionalism of the team. Reports and certification are always issued prompt and include before and after photos of all stages. The BPS Team and I highly recommend KDC for TR19 and deep cleans. Terrible service. Quoted and agreed the works, date confirmed and then no show and 2 weeks with no contact, reply to my various emails and calls. Then comes back to say that work agreed wasn't quoted correctly and would have to charge more. I would of been fine if they came before at any point to say this but no. They waited two weeks after the works meant to happen. Avoid at all costs.
