KBS Oxford Roofing

We recently had KBS Oxford carry out repairs to our roof and we are extremely impressed with the service provided, from our initial contact for a quotation and site survey and at all stages to the final completion of the repairs. Having had 2 previous roofing companies attempting to fix our leaks since 2022 without success, we were very reassured by KBS’ detailed quotations, their excellent customer service and always prompt communication from David in the office whenever we contacted them. Krzysztof and the team worked very hard each day and were always very considerate on site, it was such a relief to have found a company that kept us informed on progress throughout the job (and thanks for also fixing one of our drainpipes too!). The roof looks transformed and we cannot recommend KBS Oxford highly enough. Thanks to all of you once again

I called KBS about a kitchen roof leak and felt optimistic because of the large number of very positive Google reviews. And wow - they definitely lived up to them. David, the general manager, stayed in regular contact and kept me updated about my appointment, which I really appreciated. Krzysztof came out to assess the issue and suggested a much less expensive option than I had been quoted elsewhere. He recommended repairing the flashing and replacing a couple of cracked tiles as a first step. This came to about 10 percent of the cost of removing all the kitchen roof tiles and replacing the felt. That approach made a lot of sense to me - it allowed us to try a sensible repair first and only move on to a bigger job if needed. That's worked out well so far, so it saved us a lot of money. Krzysztof was always prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. I really appreciated the honesty and care taken to suggest a cost-effective option rather than pushing unnecessary work. KBS will be my first roofer to call in the event of any future jobs. Thanks Krzysztof and David!

Professional, friendly and experienced. Kris and the team re-bedded some loose tiles, cleared moss from roof and gutters, and even identified and fixed an issue with my neighbour’s roof that was causing a leak into mine. Good comms, excellent service, and highly recommended.

Very reliable service and hard working people! The team was very professional and answered any of my questions about my roof with proper knowledge.

Krzysztof and the team did a great job on a large commercial roof. They were extremely fast and the job quality was excellent. They priced the job fairly and overall the job went fantastic. This is the 5th job KBS Oxford have done for me across many commercial properties. Brilliant work👍
