I had a great appointment at the clinic today. It was quick, convenient, thorough and most importantly comfortable. It took be 5min too book, 5min to park, 5min to wait! Fantastic patient care, great professionalism and I am definitely happy to drive 40min to have this service! Thank you!

It’s difficult to rate my experience as initially I had the misfortune of having Dylan Phillips, after two painful visits, I could not recommend under the circumstances. However, I needed to have the problem sorted and so had Emma today. She was very good. Realised how anxious I was. After explaining what needed to be done to sort the problem, she did it! Slowly, carefully, causing no pain. Gave me advice on how to look after my ears and I left the clinic very relieved. Will I go back? Only if I can revisit Emma, otherwise no.
