Jones FM LLP

Five Stars for Roger from Jones FM I live in a high-rise in London, and after two years of different servicemen coming in for the annual check of my heating unit—just glancing at it, shrugging, and leaving—Roger came in and absolutely restored my faith in craftsmanship. He didn’t just show up, he showed up—toolbox in hand, laser focus, and a sense of purpose you can’t fake. He replaced a valve connected to my Danfoss unit (with a Sono Select 10 monitor, for those who know), and for the first time, someone actually explained what was going on. He took the time to do it right. I felt like my time—and my home—actually mattered. That kind of thoroughness is rare. Roger is one of the rare ones left. Proper old-school craftsmanship, with pride, purpose, and precision. Honestly, he didn’t just fix something—he reminded me what it feels like to be in good hands. If Jones FM has more people like him, they’re sitting on a goldmine. Massive thank you. We need more Rogers in the world.

WORST COMPANY EVER........ STAY AWAY........
