Rude employees, suit came out and it hasn’t even been touched stains all over at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The most unhelpful person I have come across in a very long time, was only there to collect 2 kilt outfits for a family member. Won’t be using their services in future.

Had a nightmare and needed a suit dry cleaned rapidly. Phoned up and Kirsty was mega positive and helpful, got it all sorted in a couple of hours. Couldn’t ask for more. 6 stars. Thank you so much.

They lied. I handed them a few ties and paid in advance. When I arrived to collect them, they claimed everything was clean. On arriving home, I found that the clean ties were at the top, and the stained ones behind them so I would not notice. They could, and should, let me know about their failure to clean the ties as they promised. I do not care about the stains, but if that is the integrity of the business, I can not trust them with anything else of mine and I would advice against using their services.

Appalling service. Ruined a wedding dress by putting it in the machine without a protective bag by the manager Mel. The wedding dress cost over £1000 and was treated with no care. Also the customers feelings about the event have never been taken into consideration. Considering I used to work at the branch I know that wedding dresses that don't fit in a bag in store should be sent away for dry cleaning.
