Jackson Fire & Security (Cambridge)

We have recently had Jackson Fire in to service our fire alarm system as well as replacing a number of detectors in our new premises. They have been friendly, efficient and fair with their pricing. We are pleased to know that the will be looking after our system going forward.

Great service from the team at Jackson Fire Cambridge. Will was able to pull out all the stops to help overhaul/replace an aging system in time for our move to new premises. Also a special mention to installer Jake who was very attentive and helpful.

Jake was an excellent engineer, great work ethic and amazing attention to detail.

Fantastic Service from everyone at Jackson Fire & Security. Jackson were able to manage every aspect of our Fire Alarm, CCTV and Intruder Alarm requirements and also took care of Fire extinguisher and signage too for a commercial site we were redeveloping in central Cambridge. Very quick to respond and very likeminded to us with regards to customer service and care. We will now only use Jackson on future sites in and around Cambridge.

Overall, I would highly recommend Jackson's Fire and Security to anyone in need of their services. The team, especially Sam and Will, are true professionals who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for your excellent work!
